Standard Projects

Every architectural steel project is unique, but most commercial engagements fall into three bands: smaller site additions and staircases typically range from £8,000–£25,000; medium-scale refurbishments and façade steelwork usually sit between £25,000–£80,000; and complex multi-trade packages or multi-storey structures often start from £80,000+. These ranges help you sense-check budget and scope before we develop a detailed, itemised quotation.

Complex Projects

We offer flexible engagement models to suit different project stages: concept-to-install packages for clients who want us to handle design, fabrication and installation end-to-end; fabrication-and-install only for projects with existing engineer’s drawings; and fabrication-only for trade partners. While final costs depend on design complexity, finishes and access, most clients allocate 10–20% of their overall build budget to specialist architectural steelwork.
